This position calls for an exceptional EA who will provide high-level administrative support to the CFO / COO within a fast paced environment. This role will also involve some HR duties so any previous HR experience would be desirable.

Description

The key responsibilities:

  • Provide executive assistance to the CFO/COO
  • Coordinate project activities across various departments
  • Prepare presentations for board meetings.
  • Maintain and manage schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Take minutes in meetings and follow up on meetings.
  • Assist with various projects across the organisation
  • Coordinate internal communication and manage information flow
  • Plan and coordinate company events
  • Handle confidential documents and act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients.
  • Handle HR tasks such as employment contracts, recruitment & onboarding new starters.

Profile

A successful EA / HR Coordinator should have:

  • Solid experience of working as an EA to C-Suite level
  • A solid understanding of HR practices and principles.
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
  • CIPD qualification would be desirable
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
