Our client, located in Sidcup, Kent are seeking to recruit an experienced Matrimonial Family Law Secretary to join their team.

Hours: 9.00 am 5.00 pm Monday to Friday

Duties:

Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and contracts, court bundles

Organise and maintain legal files and documents

Assist with legal research and fact-checking

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Prepare and process legal correspondence and mailings

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

Matrimonial family law experience is essential

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Strong Audio typing skills

Proven experience as a legal secretary

Proficient in MS Office Suite and legal software applications

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in work

Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures

Familiarity with court rules and filing requirements
