Line Leader

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Line Leader to join a well-established food production company. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with previous experience as a Line Leader or Proseal machine operator. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on the production line, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
• Operate Proseal machines and ensure machines are running smoothly and safely.
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of production workers to meet daily targets.
• Ensure all products meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor and maintain the correct use of materials and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate when necessary to reduce downtime.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure production goals are achieved.

  • Previous experience in a Line Leader role, Proseal machine operation, or a similar production environment is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
