An exclusive client is looking to recruit an experienced commercial M&E Project Manager who has knowledge and experience working with projects worth up to 2 million. You will be working with projects based at Gatwick and large London Train stations. As a Project Manager you will be well experienced managing teams and subcontractors, managing the project from start to finish.
Requirements of the project manager:

• At least 5 years' experience as a commercial project manager.
• Mechanical construction experience and knowledge.
• Experience working with NEC contracts.
• Organisation of projects from start to finish.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong experience using Excel.
