The Role for the Project Manager:

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead on a variety of schemes ranging from 1M to 30M, delivering projects from pre-contract through to completion. You'll play a key role in mentoring junior staff, managing project teams, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager:

  • Manage construction projects across a diverse portfolio.
  • Act as Employer's Agent, Contract Administrator, and lead Project Manager.
  • Support business growth through client development and networking.
  • Oversee and train junior team members, helping to shape future talent.
  • Report directly to senior leadership.

What We're Looking from the Project Manager:

We're seeking a driven professional with proven experience in project management within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Accreditation: MRICS, FRICS, MAPM, or CHPP preferred (or 6+ years in the industry with Senior PM experience).
  • Expertise in delivering public sector projects.
  • Strong client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and flexible approach to work.

Full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential.
