Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing / Refurbishment

Up to £60K + Car Allowance + Benefits
TS Recruitment are working with a leading Social Housing refurbishment Contractor based in the South East who are now actively recruiting a Quantity / Senior Surveyor. Projects are Social Housing refurbishment; externals; EWI and Retrofit works.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial aspects of projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that projects meet their requirements.
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Manage project teams, including contractors and subcontractors.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity / Senior Surveyor, with a track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
- Experience working within social housing on planned refurbishment / painting and decorating projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
