The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll step into an exciting role managing cost control and contract administration on an impressive array of residential developments. You'll be part of a vibrant team, benefiting from a supportive culture and clear progression to Associate Director.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will:

  • Lead cost management processes using CostX to deliver exceptional project outcomes.
  • Provide expert contract administration, ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Work closely with clients, delivering innovative solutions and building strong relationships.

Working across a variety of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Arts, Leisure and Education - with Residential developments being the primary area of focus.

You will be joining a company led at the very top level by Chartered Surveyors, meaning professional development, knowledge sharing, and best practice are at the very core of how they deliver their services. You will be provided with opportunities for leadership and progression as you advance your surveying career here.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS, or completed a RICS accredited degree
  • 5+ years PQS/Consultancy experience
  • Any Employers Agent/Contract Admin knowledge would be useful
  • Good technical, quantity surveying/cost management experience
  • Team player
  • Comfortable travelling to Southampton
