Do you have experience as a Sales or Lettings Negotiator and are looking for a new opportunity? Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused candidate to join their amazing team in Sidcup!

Key duties include, but not limited to:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales and lettings process, from initial inquiries to completion.
  • Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants, answering questions and providing relevant information.
  • Negotiate offers, ensuring the best possible outcomes for both clients and the agency.
  • Provide clients with expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and property values.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, tenants, sellers, and buyers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to assess their needs and provide updates on progress.
  • Meet and exceed sales and lettings targets, contributing to the growth of the business.
  • Work with the team to help achieve office-wide goals and targets.

Skills/Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales or lettings within an estate agency or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional approach.
