My client is an independent long established Agent, specialising in residential Property Sales, Lettings and Property Management.
This role would suit an ambitious Lettings Negotiator, seeking a position within a long-established ARLA member and award winning company.
Based within the Lettings/Property Management department, you would report to the Senior Lettings Manager.
The duties will be varied, and may cover all aspects of Lettings and Property Management, including the following, (training provided as needed):
MAIN DUTIES路Achieving targeted levels of new lettings business路Prospecting/encouraging new business路Advising/liaising with prospective landlords路Input of marketing material/websites etc. 路Marketing properties & registering applicants路Arranging viewings/attending/following up/providing feed-back 路Encouraging and Negotiating offers 路Overseeing the progressing of new lets until start of tenancy.
OTHER DUTIES may include:路General Lettings/Property Management administration/data inputting (Jupix software)路Assisting with Property Management duties including:路Property inspections, check outs etc.路Deputising for Manager as necessary
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE路Very good communication, administration & IT skills路Sales/target motivated路Car driver (own car required with petrol reimbursement)路ARLA qualification very beneficial (with opportunity to gain this in our employ).
BENEFITS路Basic Salary 拢25-拢27,000 dependent on experience 路Realistic OTE 拢35-40,000 +路Generous commission scheme, based on overall regular departmental income路28 days paid holiday (inc. bank holidays)路Petrol reimbursement - use of own car for duties.路Company Pension Scheme
HOURS路5 day week between Monday - Saturday路Monday - Friday 9-6 路Saturday 9-4
