We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our clients growing team at their Sidcup office. Ideally, this will be a dual role with lettings, offering a competitive salary and excellent earning potential.
Role Overview:As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in managing sales transactions, guiding clients through the process, and achieving targets. The position comes with a highly competitive commission structure, allowing you to earn up to £60K OTE. A car allowance is negotiable for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings and sales negotiations
- Provide expert advice and excellent customer service
- Manage and develop client relationships
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive marketing
- Market Appraisals
- Work closely with the team to achieve office targets and contribute to overall company success
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am - 3:00pm (Alternate Saturdays)
- 5-Day Week with a Day Off in Lieu for Saturday worked
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a sales negotiator role
- Must drive and have access to a car
- Proven track record in property sales or lettings
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and enthusiasm
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: £26K-£30K
- OTE: £50K-£60K
- Commission: 10%
- Car Allowance (negotiable)
- Parking available at the office
