As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your role will include:
- Attending Sales Valuations and winning instructions
- Negotiating Sales
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Sales Progression (When needed)
- General admin
- Greeting buyers & vendors
- Registering customers
- Working as a team
The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will have:
- Experience listing properties
- Ideally, have knowledge of the local market
- A team player but with individual flair
- Live a commutable distance to Sidcup
- Strong proven track record in Estate Agency
