Sales Support Administrator
We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join my client's growing team based in Sidcup. The role will involve drivingkey accounts within a designated market whilst using effective planning, negotiation and problem solving skills to provide an excellent customer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build a rapport with all key customers whilst understanding their needs and delivering to their requirements.
- Actively looking to upsell and chase orders to meet revenue targets.
- Accurately process customer sales orders and ensure that customers receive all required information.
- Ensure all stock levels are appropriate.
- Chase payments of unpaid invoices with key customers.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to make sure that all their needs are anticipated and that revenue levels can be accurately predicted.
- Ensure shipping documentation and export management is carried out to the highest standard.
- Process invoices when the goods are dispatched.
Requirements:
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service, building rapport and achieving targets.
- Background within data analysis.
This role is offering the hourly rate between 12-14 depending on experience. This is a Monday to Friday 9am-5pm opportunity with an early finish on a Friday.
