The Role:

As a Maths Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that foster a love of numbers and problem-solving in students. As Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching a variety of age groups, from Key Stage 3 to GCSE and potentially A-Level, depending on your experience. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of maths, be able to inspire students, and help them achieve their full potential.

Key Requirements:

  • Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons that are engaging, challenging, and tailored to individual student needs.
  • Assessing and tracking student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • The teacher must have QTS and be able to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
  • Have a strong understanding of the mathematics curriculum and ability to teach creatively using new and innovative mathematical concepts.
  • Build strong and supportive relationships with the pupils, inspiring them to adopt a can-do attitude when facing challenges.
  • Be able to communicate effectively and clearly with students, parents and other work colleagues.
