About the Role:
As a Structures Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the Structures Group and Design Office, working on cutting-edge performance programmes. You'll contribute to structural performance improvements, optimize designs, and ensure mass-efficient structures while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform structural analysis, including FEA and hand calculations
- Support design groups with structural optimisation
- Manage workload effectively to meet tight deadlines
- Develop expertise in material properties, failure, and fatigue analysis
- Participate in technical meetings and cross-team collaboration
- Ensure cost-effective, high-quality design solutions
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in a relevant engineering field
- Strong knowledge of FEA software and structural hand calculations
- Understanding of structural properties, failure, and fatigue
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Motorsport or Formula One experience (highly desirable)
