Salary up to £35,000 DOE

Monday to Friday | 08:45-17:15



Duties include:

· Picking and packing of parts for any orders that are coming through

· Dealing with customer queries on the phone and in person

· Responding to email from customers

Our client, a well-established distributor of engineering parts and components for the automotive and aerospace sector are currently recruiting an additional member of staff to work from one of their auto parts stores in South Northamptonshire. The family run business have three companies supplying to prestigious clients predominantly within motorsport, this position is working in a small team of 4/5 people.

For this role, you will be the first point of contact for all customers.

Candidate:

· Must be customer focussed with an excellent team player attitude

· Shall be a driver with access to a reliable vehicle due to location

· Will be professional, personable, well-mannered and quick witted

· Can be flexible and adaptable to work additional hours and/or Saturdays during peak season (March to September)

· Would ideally have experience of using a till and/or have retail experience (desirable)

· May have working knowledge of Alpha MRP system or similar (desirable)

· Should understand their catalogue of products such as fasteners and lubricants (desirable)

· Could come from a motorsport background and have an interest in mechanical engineering (desirable)
