Description
- Overseeing and leading the financial operations for the organisation.
- Preparing Management Accounts for 4 business entities within the Group.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Co-ordinate all key finance functions for the business and oversee an Accounts Assistant and Bookkeeper.
- Implementing effective strategies to enhance profitability and financial performance.
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial processes.
- Analysing financial data and making informed predictions for the company's future.
- Advising on investment opportunities and cost-saving measures.
- Some involvement in the co-ordination of Payroll, Facilities Management and HR
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proficient knowledge in financial management and accounting principles.
