Specialising in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of generic and specialty medications, the company has become a trusted name in both the UK and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with suppliers to manage and coordinate requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials.
  • Ensure all technical specifications of products are recorded accurately.
  • If such specifications need to be uploaded in a different format for the customer portal, use excel to manipulate the data and reformat.
  • Provide essential administrative support to the supply chain team and communicate effectively with customers, the team, and suppliers to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks.
  • Generate and distribute both internal and customer reports, helping to maintain transparency and communication within the team and with clients.
  • Use seasonal data to forecast stock levels, ensuring the company can meet production demands without overstocking.
