About the opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated New Homes Sales Manager to lead a new development in Kent. In this role, you will:

  • Take the lead on sales for a new housing development in Kent.
  • Drive and generate sales leads for mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings, and property valuations.
  • Collaborate with our local new homes support team to ensure seamless marketing and sales administration.
  • Resolve challenges and influence outcomes to achieve optimal results.
  • Work towards achieving established sales targets.
