Group Risk and Healthcare Consultant

Role Overview:

Our client is an accountancy firm providing a range of services to individuals and organisations across the UK. They currently seek a Group Risk and Healthcare Consultant to join their Employee Benefits team based in Sittingbourne.

The role involves managing the portfolios of client employee benefits schemes, conducting market reviews, and providing tailored recommendations to ensure the best possible benefits solutions are always provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market reviews of policies
  • Liaise with clients to gather information and request quotes from providers
  • Analyse market reviews, and produce reports and feedback for stakeholder consideration
  • Manage scheme renewals, adjustments and process annual accounts
  • Respond to client queries, both written and verbal
  • Communicate with providers, clients, and advisers via email, phone, and letter
  • Issue and track invoices for benefits such as PMI, GLA, and GIP

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong experience with market reviews and producing reports for Group Risk and Healthcare products
  • Good understanding of scheme renewals and associated account processes
  • Knowledge of other voluntary benefits (e.g., Dental, Health Assessments, EAP)
  • GR1 (Group Risk qualification) or similar CII qualifications would be advantageous.
