Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Person to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales inquiries, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the external sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and quotations to customers.
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Support the external sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights on sales performance.

Qualifications:
