Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
  • Lead and mentor digital and content marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, allocate resources efficiently, and track expenditures to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including social media, email, and the company website.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing, to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute events such as product launches, promotional activities, and customer engagement events to enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2C.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and event planning.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
