I am supporting an amazing charity in Kent with their search for a Marketing Manager. Working within the wider marketing and comms team and reporting to the Marketing Director, you will develop and implement marketing plans to meet broader financial and charitable objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand and marketing management, with the ability to lead projects and campaigns effectively.
Day-to-day of the Marketing Manager role:
- Manage the marketing budget in collaboration with the Marketing Director.
- Lead the Digital and Creative teams to develop engaging content for central fundraising projects across multiple channels.
- Project manage and regularly report on agreed objectives and KPIs, ensuring effective campaign delivery.
- Manage the Brand Calendar, coordinating with various teams to capture key opportunities for campaigns.
- Oversee the strategy and updates for owned communication platforms like the Volunteer Hub and Facebook page.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrable and extensive experience in brand and/or marketing.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and leading integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in line management.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required and ability to travel across the region.
