Salary: £60,000-£80,000 per annum + car allowance
Location: Chatham, Kent, with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week

Essential requirements:
- Experience as a CEM, or signed of CRE with experience working CEM responsibilities.
- Strong technical knowledge in MEP, E&P, or rail engineering disciplines.
- Familiarity with Network Rail standards and frameworks.
- A collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Take on a hands-on engineering role, overseeing rail infrastructure projects across disciplines such as MEP, E&P, and civils.
- Act as a CEM or CRE where appropriate, ensuring project delivery aligns with technical and client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently, maintaining high engineering standards.
- Build and maintain client relationships, supporting business development efforts while contributing to project success.
