We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Residential Property Paralegal to join their active Conveyancing team at their Sittingbourne office. Key Responsibilities:Supporting one of the Partners: Provide comprehensive support to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence
Managing and organising client files
Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
Answering phone calls and handling client inquiries
Conducting property searches and preparing reports
Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in transactions

About you:

You will be an experienced Property Paralegal, or Secretary (ideally within residential conveyancing), or an knowledgeable graduate with outstanding academics and eager to learn and progress.
A thorough understanding of the conveyancing process is essential.
Must be able to hit the ground running and effectively support the team.
Proactive, energetic and highly collaborative.
