We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Residential Property Paralegal to join their active Conveyancing team at their Sittingbourne office.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting one of the Partners: Provide comprehensive support to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

  • Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing and organising client files
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Answering phone calls and handling client inquiries
  • Conducting property searches and preparing reports
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in transactions

About you:

  • You will be an experienced Property Paralegal, or Secretary (ideally within residential conveyancing), or an knowledgeable graduate with outstanding academics and eager to learn and progress.
  • A thorough understanding of the conveyancing process is essential.
  • Must be able to hit the ground running and effectively support the team.
  • Proactive, energetic and highly collaborative.
