We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Residential Property Paralegal to become part of a busy Conveyancing team at their Sittingbourne office.Main Duties:

Assisting a Partner: Provide full administrative support to ensure efficient workflow.
Drafting and editing legal documents and correspondence
Organising and maintaining client files
Arranging meetings and managing calendars
Handling incoming calls and addressing client queries
Performing property searches and compiling reports
Communicating with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in transactions

About You:

You will be an experienced Property Paralegal or Secretary (preferably within residential conveyancing), or a knowledgeable graduate with strong academic credentials and a desire to grow.
A solid grasp of the conveyancing process is crucial.
You should be able to quickly integrate into the role and provide effective support to the team.
Self-motivated, energetic, and a great team player.
