Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Providing product information and technical support.
- Processing orders and tracking shipments.
- Coordinating with production and logistics teams to resolve issues.
- Managing customer complaints and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Updating customer records and order statuses in CRM systems.
- Assisting in returns and exchanges.
- Preparing reports on customer interactions and feedback.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Supporting sales teams with customer-related tasks.
