Customer Service Coordinator

Peopleforce Recruitment are delighted to be hiring for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a friendly team at their site in Maidenhead. At this site, this client largely focuses on the manufacturing of specialist foods that are fed internally to improve patient nutrition and quality of life.

You will be committed to helping make a difference within patients lives and will play a crucial part in providing the best quality service you can to those who need it. You will be put through a 3 month training program, overseen by the team trainer, to ensure that you are well equipped to excel in the role.

Hours/Pay

  • £12.50 per hour
  • The Customer Service team work shifts between 08:00-20:00.
  • Most shifts are 08:00-16:30 and 09:00-17:30 however you will be required to complete some later shifts, falling over either 10:00-18:30 or 11:30-20:00. This will be for 1 whole week every 2 months.
  • You will also be required to work 1 Saturday per month 09:00-13:00 which will be paid as additional as overtime at a rate of x1.75.
  • There will also be some on call segments which will be paid as an additional enhanced rate

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve enquiries from patients and stakeholders
  • Handle daily tasks assigned by the lead coordinator
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
  • Utilize the internal CRM system to process orders and record all communication with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email
  • Provide troubleshooting support for feeding pumps
  • Conduct stock checks and coordinate patient deliveries through phone and email

Requirements

  • IT literate – happy and able to use 2 monitors as will have to be placing orders and updating the system whilst on the phone
  • Able to drive or reach site easily
  • Experience in customer service preferred but not essential
  • Professional telephone manner
