An excellent opportunity to join our client who are a highly respected, market leader in their field.
This role is a temp to perm position, so candidates need to be able to commit to long term work, leading to a full time permanent role.
The nature of the role will be to assist and resolve a variety of queries from customers, troubleshooting issues they have with their product. Candidates suited to this role need to have an ability to understand technical queries, be empathetic to customer's needs and strive to offer a 1st class customer service.
Full training will be given on the products, giving you the competence be able to become a specialist in resolving customer product queries and technical issues.
Candidates should have a proven customer service ability, together with the ability to understand technical queries. You must possess excellent attention to detail, be able to take ownership of situations and resolve issues.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 17.00pm
