Hours for this role will be Tuesday to Saturday 5am-1.30pm.We are currently working with a market-leading UK manufacturer of specialist products.Due to ongoing success, they are currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join their team based in Sittingbourne on a temporary to permanent basis.Working directly with the Chemistry Team Leader, the Data Entry Clerk will be expected to assist in the operation of the research centre with a particular focus on sample testing services.Responsibilities will include:Unpacking and sorting of daily samples for analysisData entry of sample informationPreparation of samples to be analysed by laboratory technicians on larger instrumentationDisposal of old samplesThe ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:Excellent communication skillsA methodical approach with accuracy, high attention to detail, and minimal errorsPrevious experience with data entryExcellent organisation skills and the ability to keep working areas neat/tidyAn interest or academic background in Chemistry or a lab environment would be an advantage but isn't essentialPhysically fit as there will be some lifting involvedKH Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
