Are you an experienced, driven professional in new build sales? Join my client, a boutique new homes developer as a Sales Manager, taking charge of upcoming exciting projects. This is a hands-on role working directly with the Managing Directors with the opportunity to progress as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Sales: Oversee the sales process, manage the on-site marketing suite, handle inquiries, and drive sales.
  • Strategic Input: Support marketing efforts and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  • Collaboration: Liaise and manage with external agents on other developments.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in New Build Sales: Proven track record in a developer or agency setting, selling new build stock off plan.
  • Driven and Proactive, with the ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results.
  • Shows Leadership Potential, with aspirations to grow into a more senior role.
  • Is Customer-Focused, with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Has experience or interest in Marketing Support to complement sales activities.
