Role Overview:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our students in their educational journey, helping them to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.
  • Assist in the delivery of vocational and technical education and training courses.
  • Support students in developing life skills and preparing for sustainable employment.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor and report on student progress and well-being.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience working with young people with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
