As a key member of the management team, the right candidate will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of their residential care home, providing the highest quality of care and support to their residents. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the residential home
  • Leading and motivating the care team to ensure exceptional care is delivered

  • Working collaboratively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participating in on-call duties and working alternate weekends as required
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Deputy Manager in a similar care setting
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (minimum requirement)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A passion for high-quality care and a commitment to improving the lives of residents
  • Ability to manage and support staff in a fast-paced environment
