Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labour, and equipment, ensuring compliance with tender specifications and deadlines.
- Analyse project plans and specifications to assess costs, risks, and opportunities, delivering value-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing information and build competitive proposals.
- Identify potential project risks and incorporate strategies to address them in cost forecasts.
- Provide innovative suggestions to optimise budgets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Work closely with the pre-construction, design, bid and project management teams to ensure estimates align with project goals and timelines.

Requirements:
- A proven track record as an Estimator within the M&E building services sector. Construction, engineering, or a related industry experience will also be considered.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
