We are seeking a dedicated HR and Payroll Administrator to support our HR team in the Fresh Produce sector. This role involves a variety of administrative and coordination tasks to help deliver our HR strategy effectively. This is a multi-site role, requiring a current UK driving license and your own transport.
Day-to-day of the role of HR Administrator- Manage new starter administration, including offer letters, paperwork, and inductions.
- Process incoming and outgoing reference requests.
- Handle weekly and monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely BACS payments.
- Assist employees and managers with queries.
- Support HR and L&D projects and maintain document control systems.
- Ensure data integrity across HRIS and payroll systems.
- Monitor site compliance with ETI Base Code.
- Organise and coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Provide reception cover as needed and support ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience in payroll and HR administration.
- CIPD Level 3 certificate in Human Resource Practice is advantageous.
