Job Title: HR Adviser

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on HR support, from employee relations to performance management.
  • Manage casework on disputes, grievances, disciplinaries, absences, and redundancies.
  • Oversee probation monitoring, advising managers, and ensuring timely action.
  • Administer contracts, employee paperwork, and maintain compliance records.
  • Support payroll processes and manage the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Lead recruitment efforts and advise on cultural and change management.
  • Deliver HR reports and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Drive HR projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

  • CIPD qualified Level 5
