Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Sittingbourne
Salary: 32,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Manager with HR projects, policy development, and learning & development initiatives.
- Maintain and update HR records across PeopleHR, Nvolve, and M-Files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support recruitment by coordinating job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Provide administrative support, manage HR documentation, and liaise with other departments.
- Assist in employee relations cases, including preparing documents and minute-taking in formal meetings.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law, GDPR, and company policies.
- Draft and distribute HR communications, policy updates, and training materials.
Key Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year of ER case handling experience.
- Experience in HR project work and a strong understanding of UK employment law.
- Proven ability to take minutes during formal HR meetings.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to draft professional communications without relying on templates.
- Strong multitasking and workload prioritisation skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified, though relevant experience is highly valued.
- Full UK driving licence and own transport required (due to travel across Sittingbourne sites).
