Location: Hartlip, Sittingbourne (Potentially moving to Rainham, Kent)
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 per annum

About the Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Insurance Broker to join our client's team. This role offers a competitive salary, a range of benefits, and the opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, handling inquiries, new business quotations, MTAs, and renewals.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and insurer partners.
- Underwrite large household risks within your authority.
- Contribute to the team's success by achieving business plan objectives.
- Maintain accurate records on our Acturis system.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Household and Personal Lines, ideally in non-standard and HNW.
- Strong technical insurance knowledge.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Strong negotiation and broking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Previous experience with Acturis is desirable but not essential.
- Full UK driving license.
- Minimum 6 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths (Grade A-C).
- CII qualifications are desirable.
