Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Customer-Centric Financial Advice:

    • Provide tailored financial advice to customers, recommending suitable products such as income protection, critical illness cover, and life insurance.
  • Sales and Relationship Building:

    • Complete sales calls with customers, providing regulated advice and following up on leads.
    • Build meaningful relationships and contribute to a shared mission of financial empowerment.
  • Lead Management:

    • Work with leads from customers transacting for first or second charge mortgages.
    • Collaborate with back-office support to focus on advising, while maintaining high-performance standards.
  • Compliance and Industry Standards:

    • Ensure all compliance protocols are followed and maintain high standards of customer care and performance.
