Our franchised main dealer client in Sittingbourne is looking for an experienced Master Technician to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality technical and diagnostic services to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and productivity targets.
• Mentor and oversee the technical team in the service department.
• Maintain and enhance technical expertise, ensuring compliance with manufacturer training requirements.
• Adhere to company and manufacturer quality standards.
• Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check procedures.
Required Experience & Skills:
• Full UK driving license.
• Experience in inspecting, repairing, and servicing motor vehicles.
• Previous experience or qualifications as a senior technician or master technician.
• MOT Tester qualification is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience in a franchised dealership environment.
