Working for a global manufacturing business in the Swale area, we are recruiting for a Production Planner who has experience of co-ordinating a wide range of projects. Reporting to the Project Lead, the focus on specific production projects to co-ordinate inventory, stock management, forecasting and analysis and providing real-time reporting to stakeholders.

Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems would be advantageous, with intermediate knowledge of Excel being a key requirement.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring stock availability for production requirements
  • Forecasting stock relating to specific orders
  • Analysing and producing reports from an ERP system
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure orders reach OTIF targets. Managing any issues regarding deliveries
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Highlighting discrepanies in pricing
  • Entering key data in ERP system
