Conveyancing Legal Secretary -Solicitors- Sittingbourne
We have an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary in a growing Legal firm situated in Sittingbourne. They are looking for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join them on a permanent basis ASAP.
The role will be full time office based, Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm, with parking on-site
What does the role entail?
Your role as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary with be managing multiple files from start to finish. Communication between clients and fee earners within the business, administrative tasks, managing and keeping correspondence up to date, arranging appointments with clients and inputting data into the Case Management files.
What skills will you have?
Proven skills and experience within Conveyancing is essential for this position.
The ability to manage a busy workload, prioritise and meet strict deadlines.
