Prestigious law firm with an excellent reputation and accomplished team?Skilled Legal Secretary with background in residential property?Focused on career growth and professional development?An incredible opportunity has arisen for a proactive and motivated Legal Secretary to become part of a flourishing and fast-paced Conveyancing department within a well-respected Kent law firm, known for its exceptional success!This position offers a rewarding experience, allowing you to thrive in a collaborative and friendly work culture while gaining insights from a highly skilled and knowledgeable team.You will play a key role in the Residential Conveyancing division, delivering essential assistance to multiple fee earners and a Partner. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Digital and manual transcription
  • Handling client communications and enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Managing correspondence and documentation
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Setting up and closing case files
  • Conducting property-related searches
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary in conveyancing
  • Strong knowledge of completions and property exchanges
  • A proactive, organised, and discreet approach
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit
