Part-Time Legal Secretary – Residential Conveyancing - Sittingbourne – up to £23,000 pro-rata Join a dynamic and thriving Conveyancing team nestled within a highly esteemed Kent-based law firm, celebrated for its remarkable achievements! An exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Legal Secretary who is keen to work part-time.  In this position, you'll be an integral part of the Residential Conveyancing team, providing crucial support to multiple fee earners and a Partner. Your tasks will encompass various Legal Secretary responsibilities, such as audio and copy typing, managing client calls and inquiries, updating records, handling file correspondence, scheduling appointments, opening and closing files, conducting searches, and undertaking any other necessary administrative duties.  The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Legal Secretarial within conveyancing, particularly within completions and exchanges. You should be enthusiastic, organised and have strong communication abilities, and an impeccable sense of discretion and confidentiality.  This role promises a fulfilling experience, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment while learning from an accomplished and expert team.
