- Handling telephone enquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Managing administrative tasks such as photocopying, updating client records, and filing
- Scheduling appointments and liaising with clients
- Inputting data into the firm’s case management system
- Providing secretarial and telephone cover as part of a wider team
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times
- A fast and accurate typing speed
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional manner
- A keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Based at either the Sittingbourne or Gillingham offices
- Part-time (all hours to be considered)
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
- £20,000 - £30,000 pro-rata
