Production Scheduler
- Annual Salary: up to £35,000, depending on experience
- 4 day working week – Monday to Thursday (7am - 6pm), ensuring a 3-day weekend!Â

Working closely with colleagues across Procurement, Planning and Production, this varied Production Scheduler role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact within a friendly and dedicated team, striving for excellence in our industry.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and product specifications.
- Convert production forecasts into a fully resourced manufacturing schedule.
- Provide a 4-week rolling plan and schedule work orders accurately. Update and maintain the ERP system with all necessary work order details.
- Liaise with various departments including Finance and Production to optimize scheduling and financial outcomes.
- Coordinate with the Procurement Department to manage material lead times and address potential dispatch delays.
- Conduct regular meetings to track production schedules, ensuring customer service and product availability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in production planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a solution-driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle due to the need to travel between sites (both locally based).
