I am seeking a Business Administrator to join a specialist safety manufacturer in Sittingbourne. With excellent branding, a beautiful office/training centre and a great reputation on the market, they are the type of company that are only going to go from strength to strength with you at the forefront.

Working alongside Senior Management you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to emails from clients with order requests
  • Processing B2B orders on Unleashed system
  • Raising invoices through Xero
  • Raising stock reports on Unleashed
  • Monitoring stock levels
  • Raising stock orders
  • Updating clients on orders
  • Sending quotations on email

The perfect person for this role enjoys supporting multiple departments at once. They are a natural problem solver, able to up-manage and keep orders, stock, production, and deliveries moving.

Skills needed:

  • Safety, compliance, lifting equipment or rental background is advantageous
  • Great telephone manner
  • Quick to pick up tech
  • Self-starter
