We are pleased to be working with our client, a leader in their field, on their search for a Project Coordinator to join their team.. Role & Responsibilities:include:
* Communicating with customers and suppliers daily
* To plan, monitor and manage the production requirements needed for the projects, in-line with the customer confirmed commitment
* Creating batch proposals and production orders
* Creating Part Numbers, Bills of Materials and all associated sub-entities
* Attending customer meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Essential Skillset:
* Previous experience in inbound/outbound shipments
* Experience dealing with export documentation including commercial invoices, commodity codes and packing lists
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
* Experience on ERP systems/databases
