I am seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join my client's fast-paced and growing team. This role is perfect for someone with a robust grasp of social media, email marketing, and paid social. You will play a crucial role in creating and delivering campaigns targeted at both B2B and B2C audiences. Day-to-day of the role:
- Create and deliver multi-channel campaigns that engage and convert.
- Develop and maintain the social media strategy to enhance our brand presence.
- Create and manage paid social media advertising to maximise ROI.
- Manage, develop, and grow our influencer program, aligning it with key business initiatives.
- Utilise Google Analytics for reporting and analysing the results of key activities.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Oversee SEO and PPC strategies, guiding an external agency to ensure optimal performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven background as a Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in an E-commerce environment.
- Strong experience with social media management and strategy implementation.
- Proficiency in using MailChimp for email marketing campaigns.
- Experience with paid social media advertising and managing budgets.
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics, with the ability to analyse data and provide insights.
- Creative and proactive in proposing new ideas and solutions.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
