Day-to-day of the role:- Manage various aspects of paid search including keyword research, campaign creation, bid optimisation, and ad building.
- Handle shopping, remarketing, and display advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with staff across various departments and external agencies or suppliers to enhance campaign performance.
- Support the Performance Marketing team with the daily management of advertising campaigns, ensuring they meet the company's strategic goals.
- Experience with Google Ads and Analytics is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Understanding of ecommerce and comfortable working with data.
- Proficiency in Excel and capable of producing complex advertising reports with actionable insights.
- A good sense of humour and a positive, proactive approach to tasks.
- Google AdWords Certification.
- Understanding of SEO and Social Media Advertising.
- Interest in fashion is a plus.
